Your Real Cost of Calling China
For most UK landlines (i.e. BT), calling 0844 838 2410 costs 2p/min, which is collected by your network provider. And we will share this revenue with them, to cover our costs. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU OTHER THAN THAT.
There is also a set-up fee charged by BT (9.05p for every call). That is to say, if you make a 30 minutes call to (China), all you need to pay is 30*2 +9.05=69.05p. Your actual cost per minute is 2.30p, nothing more.
